I'm currently guiding students at Green World Group through course selection, career options, and the complete admission process across Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, and Jammu & Kashmir.
Previously at Koncept Automobiles, I led customer assistance and driver teams, managed customer relationships and dealership reporting, and helped improve Mahindra's JD Power Survey ranking from third in 2018 to second in 2019. I also won the Pink Titan title and twice won the SKS inter-dealership challenge for customer-care supervision.
