I use Sage 500 and the COW transaction system to track receiving, shipping, settlement, and payment documentation.
I bring more than five years of accounting and administrative experience alongside hands-on livestock operations experience. I’m trusted to maintain accurate USDA/FDA-compliant records, reconcile transactions under weekly deadlines, coordinate with brokers and internal departments, and support payroll, benefits, and office-scale operations.
