What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design research-led digital products with cross-functional teams, using user insight, usability testing, and UX metrics to reduce friction and create meaningful customer experiences.

I'm currently designing customer experience solutions at e& UAE, where I conduct UX research, usability studies, guerrilla testing, and UX metric analysis to shape scalable product decisions.

At Saloodo! GmbH, part of DPDHL Group, I redesigned workflows that increased user engagement by 30% and improved task efficiency by 25% across a B2B logistics platform. I partnered with product managers and developers on feature discovery, specifications, SCRUM delivery, and design-system evolution.
