What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote global HR, talent acquisition, people operations, workforce planning, or recruitment strategy role where I can manage hiring lifecycles, build talent pipelines, and support employee engagement.

At Square Bits Pvt. Ltd., I managed end-to-end recruitment for IT business roles, from sourcing through onboarding. I coordinated interviews, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and employee documentation.

I've used LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Glassdoor, and referral networks to build candidate pipelines and attract talent across business functions.

Previously at Fox Infosoft, I managed the recruitment lifecycle, maintained employee records and HR compliance documentation, and supported payroll administration, employee queries, retention, and workplace culture.
