I’m a detail-oriented billing and contract management professional with experience in contract review, billing operations, and sales support at Equifax. I focus on extracting financial terms from commercial contracts, auditing clauses for compliance, and keeping billing accurate through careful analysis and problem-solving.

In my current Contract to Order Intermediate role, I review commercial contracts to extract key financial terms, billing schedules, and compliance requirements before system entry. I audit complex contractual clauses against internal corporate policies to identify and resolve potential billing or compliance issues prior to execution.

As a Billing Analyst, I review and process invoices to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies using Tableau, Oracle, and SAP. I analyze billing data with systems including Salesforce, APEX, and third-party portals, and I support financial reporting as well.

Earlier, as an SME Product Specialist and Salesperson, I supported new hires through sales training, handled customer calls with product-related guidance, and created reports to track agent performance and team metrics.
