At Encore Capital Group, I served as design authority for an enterprise data platform deployment, setting architectural standards and guiding adoption across business and engineering teams.
I architected multi-hop Medallion data architectures on Azure and AWS using Snowflake, and designed automated metadata guardrails to support safe, auditable data and AI pipelines. I also managed delivery backlogs in Azure DevOps.
As Enterprise Data Governance Manager, I founded the governance function and built the company’s first enterprise data dictionary. I embedded governance into IT solutioning and project lifecycles, and worked with IT and compliance on mock audits and standardized SQL definitions for reporting.
Earlier at ACF and MCM, I developed decision models for account routing and established data standards and ingestion pipelines. In healthcare operations, I worked across charge capture, billing, patient access, and collections workflows involving Epic and Meditech.
