At Humana Military, I've built and led the enterprise data stewardship program from the ground up, establishing steward roles, responsibilities, and governance cadence across four business domains.

I partner with senior business, IT, legal, and executive stakeholders to turn enterprise governance priorities into practical frameworks, roadmaps, and adoption plans. I own process design for enterprise data sharing governance and lead reporting governance efforts that support government contract compliance standards.

I've scaled data dictionary facilitation to more than 150 documented assets and founded a data steward community of 50+ members. I also launched the organization's first data literacy training program, drawing 70+ attendees to its inaugural session.

Since joining Humana Military's newly formed governance team in 2018, I've helped create its foundational policies, stewardship models, data lineage practices, and governance operating model. I bring a consultative, people-first approach to data quality, catalog governance, AI risk assessment, and cross-functional alignment.
