I build learning environments where “high-quality education occurs,” and I’m committed to both academic success and well-being for every student. In my classroom work teaching 7th/8th grade Science and 8th grade US History, I focus on delivering clear instruction, engaging students, and supporting consistent growth.

Alongside teaching, I’ve helped strengthen instruction district-wide through training and improvement initiatives. As a “New Hire Continuous Improvement district trainer” and a “New hire training facilitator,” I developed and delivered support for new teachers and administration, including guidance and onboarding “on canvas.”

I also contribute to curriculum and continuous improvement. I served as a “Science Curriculum Writer” across multiple years, and I worked as a “Continuous Improvement Consultant for the District/ District Trainer,” partnering to refine practice and help teams implement better instructional systems.

I bring an educator’s mindset to collaboration and student-centered leadership. I’ve been a “CAST- Science Convention presenter,” supported programs through the “HEB ISD Demonstration Classroom,” and earned recognition as “HEB ISD Teacher of the Year,” while also sponsoring Student Council and leading community-focused activities.
