I’m a detail-focused Accounting/Budgeting Coordinator with solid Finance experience across accounting and procurement in multiple industries. I bring a strong background in financial data analysis, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations—ensuring transactions are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.

In prior roles, I handled day-to-day accounting operations such as accounts payable, inventory, receiving, and invoice/expense report processing. I also reviewed and reconciled curriculum orders against purchase orders, processed check deposits, updated j.v journals for Special Revenue, investigated grant account discrepancies, and generated monthly reports from SAP Timekeeper.

I’m a self-directed team player with demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills. My toolkit includes Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SAP, Oracle 10.7, PeopleSoft, and Great Plains, and I consistently close the loop between purchasing, payments, documentation, and reporting.
