What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote, values-driven team using the Power With model—collaborative, empathy-led, and equity-centered—where I can lead women’s community programs, facilitate high-engagement virtual workshops, and support meaningful group processes.

I bring an entrepreneurial mindset and a deep commitment to community and social impact for women, grounded in the Power With model—collaboration and empathy over control and hierarchy. I’m an expert in facilitating high-engagement virtual programming and community-led educational initiatives that support networking, professional growth, and group culture.

Right now, I founded and facilitate a professional women’s community (10 members) on a membership platform, running bi-weekly peer support and ethical practice development. Through my private practice, I provide trauma-informed somatic mentorship to women navigating life transitions, relational work, self-worth, and nervous system recovery—supporting 30+ clients via weekly 1:1 and group sessions.

I also design and lead educational and support programs that turn learning into embodied change. As a founder/facilitator, I’ve created women’s education programs around fertility awareness and body literacy, and I previously served as a residential counselor for women recovering from sexual trauma and complex PTSD, plus Community Manager & Event Producer roles that required proactive engagement and conflict resolution.
