I’m a mindfulness teacher who helps children and adults find steadiness through evidence-based, neuroscience-rooted practices grounded in trauma-informed education. I bring a calm, consistent presence—reshaping stress into self-awareness and inner balance, one session at a time.

Since Sep 2021, I’ve designed and facilitated mindfulness sessions for children from kindergarten through 6th grade, delivering instruction in both Hebrew and English. I integrated mindfulness into school curricula to support focus, emotional regulation, and social-emotional learning, and I led programs for 700+ students plus educators and parents.

Beyond classroom teaching, I run workshops, weekly classes, and retreats that blend mindfulness with somatic tools for nervous system regulation. I founded Breath of Dawn, an integrative mindfulness-and-trauma recovery practice, where I guide individuals with practices including TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) and facilitate group workshops to strengthen emotional literacy and inner resilience.

I also combine strong interpersonal coaching with thoughtful leadership: I collaborate with school staff to build a mindful culture and provide professional development, and I continuously expand my therapeutic and teaching toolkit through certified training in meditation, trilotherapy, and child-focused mindfulness.
