I'm currently supporting Sasol North America through Recon Management Services, where I process and post high-volume material, service, and freight invoices in SAP. I reconcile invoices against purchase orders, receipts, pricing, quantities, and supporting documentation while maintaining accurate records for controls, reporting, and audits.

I work closely with vendors, procurement, and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies, duplicate invoices, overpayments, credit memos, and PO issues before they create delays. I use Excel and Outlook to track invoice activity, reconcile vendor statements and open-item reports, and document outstanding issues and resolutions.

Previously at MinistrySafe/Abuse Prevention Systems, I analyzed sensitive federal, state, and county screening data while maintaining a 99% accuracy rate. I developed new-analyst training, created standardized procedures and reference guides, supported clients with complex screening results, and served as a subject matter resource for compliance questions.

My background also includes self-employed therapeutic massage practice and turnaround support at Turner Industries contracted to Entergy, strengthening my focus on documentation, safety, compliance, client support, and dependable execution.
