I'm looking to partner with founders and leadership teams on complex strategic, operational, growth, restructuring, and implementation challenges where practical, evidence-based change can create lasting results.

I co-founded UPVISE in Maastricht, partnering with founders and leadership teams to turn strategic insight into measurable operational change, organizational redesign, and sustainable growth.

Through SMG Organization, I advise entrepreneurs and SMEs on business plans, investment proposals, market analysis, restructuring, and implementation roadmaps. I repositioned my own business from hospitality services to strategic consulting while maintaining profitability and generating approximately €45,000 in annual profit through a lean owner-operated model.

Before consulting, I improved pharmacy operations across hospital, outpatient, and retail settings in the United States. At Holy Family Hospital, Heritage Health, and Medicine Man North Pharmacy, I designed policies, training, workflows, automation processes, and regulatory-compliance procedures across multi-location healthcare environments.

I combine hands-on operating experience with research, structured analysis, and practical implementation. I ask the right questions, test assumptions, and build recommendations around each organization’s people, market, operating environment, and long-term goals.
