I’m a customer service fresher seeking an opportunity to utilize my skills and qualifications in a collaborative environment, making a meaningful impact while advancing my customer service professional journey. I’m motivated to learn fast, communicate well, and support teams with a customer-first mindset.

I’ve built practical capability through my training and experience with MS Office and Tally ERP, with a strong focus on problem solving, teamwork, time management, and research skills. I also actively build my proficiency in MS Excel to improve how I handle information and support day-to-day work.

My learning path is backed by certificate courses including Basic Mathematics, Basic of AI, Leadership and Motivation in Organization, Professional and Life, and Strategic Human Resource Management. Alongside academics, I’ve participated in seminars, workshops, business presentations, group discussions, and volunteered in college events—experiences that sharpen my confidence and adaptability.
