I build production voice AI, RAG, and multi-agent systems across healthcare, real estate, travel, legal research, and customer operations. At Agents Limited, I lead work on VAPI voice agents for service businesses and a CrewAI- and MCP-based multi-agent trip planner.

I built a Pakistan Law Expert from 1,050 legal documents using BM25, Qwen3 embeddings, Chroma HNSW, Reciprocal Rank Fusion, adaptive multi-hop retrieval, RAGAS, OpenTelemetry, and Arize Phoenix. I also developed multilingual RAG voice assistants and outbound calling systems that qualify leads, book appointments, manage payment follow-ups, and connect with CRMs.

At CareCloud, I developed a Voice Physician Assistant for PrimePHR, using FastAPI, Docker, self-hosted LiveKit, Cirrus AI, and PrimePHR APIs to turn pre-consultation conversations into structured SOAP notes. I also built voice scheduling agents for medical practices with clinical routing, provider constraints, escalation logic, and n8n/MCP workflow automation.

My projects include IlmMate, a WhatsApp educational RAG chatbot using LLaMA 70B, ChromaDB, and Twilio, and an offline video segmentation and tracking pipeline using Grounding DINO and SAM 2.1. Earlier at NECOP, I developed reinforcement learning simulations, Deep Q-Network navigation agents, and a Turtle obstacle-avoidance system in Gazebo.
