I seek an entry-level technical role where I can apply programming and AI coursework, grow in software development or cloud/AI engineering, work within a collaborative team, and take on responsibilities that accelerate my professional development.

I am a recent Higher Diploma in Computer Science graduate based in Singapore with hands-on experience from academic projects, internships, and part-time roles in hospitality and warehouse operations. I combine a solid foundation in programming, data structures, cloud basics, and AI coursework with dependable teamwork and time-management skills.

I have completed university-level coursework in information systems, databases, networking, cyber security, and AI topics including machine learning, deep learning, and NLP, and I received an Associate degree in Computer Science from Broward College. I have practical customer-facing experience from restaurant roles and a current full-time position providing medical billing and customer support for a U.S. healthcare client.

I am organized, calm under pressure, and motivated to apply technical skills to software development or technical support roles. I am eager to take on responsibilities that help teams deliver quality solutions while continuing to grow in emerging technologies and AI.
