I've supported Healthcare, E-commerce, and POS applications at Skyview Smart Solution, including KAUH healthcare applications in Saudi Arabia, Omariden, Xperienceit, and Daempo POS. I design end-to-end test cases, validate workflows and integrations through Postman, and partner with developers through Agile releases.

I've automated regression testing with Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, and POM, reducing regression cycle time by 20% and saving 30+ hours per release cycle. I also conducted JMeter load testing for 10,000+ concurrent users and stress testing for system resilience.

Alongside QA, I currently develop responsive React.js applications with reusable UI components and REST API integrations. This frontend experience helps me collaborate closely with frontend and backend teams and strengthen defect analysis.

Earlier at Molars Solution, I performed functional and usability testing for healthcare web and mobile applications. I'm also building my knowledge in Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, n8n, Zapier, AI agents, and DSA.
