@sheetaldas
I build gold nanoparticle biosensors through experiments and molecular simulations.
What I'm looking for
At IIT Guwahati, I design gold nanoparticle-based plasmonic and colorimetric sensing platforms for metabolite detection, including allantoin, while engineering bio–nano interfaces for practical point-of-care diagnostics.
I combine surface functionalization, linker chemistry, protein adsorption studies, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics simulations to understand structure–function relationships at biosensor interfaces. My work integrates experimental characterization with computational approaches to design and validate nanomaterial-based sensing platforms.
I've published first-author research on allantoinase adsorption and gold nanoparticles in biosensing, and my work has received Best Oral Presentation and Best Poster awards at IIT Guwahati conferences.
