I’m a Physician with 3+ years of clinical experience in tertiary-care hospitals, currently a PGY-2 Pulmonology Resident. I focus on accurate clinical documentation—capturing histories, physical examinations, investigations, diagnoses, and treatment plans with clarity and consistency.

In my rotations, I document inpatient and outpatient respiratory cases (including pneumonia, COPD, asthma, ILD, and respiratory failure) and support decision-making through chart review and clinical data extraction. I’m comfortable with EMR/EHR-style documentation, SOAP notes, progress notes, and physician workflow support, including ICU care documentation such as ventilator monitoring.

I’m also USMLE Step 2 CK qualified and grounded in evidence-based medicine and clinical research. I’ve contributed to research and publication work (including systematic review and meta-analysis using PRISMA methodology and RevMan), and I bring that same structured thinking to every chart—always with HIPAA awareness and patient confidentiality principles.
