What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a human resources assistant role where I can apply my communication, interpersonal, data entry, and customer service skills while taking on new challenges and supporting organizational needs.

I'm currently supporting patrons as a Student Librarian at Methodist University's Davis Memorial Library, where I sort and shelve materials, locate resources, and manage reserve check-in and check-out.

My customer-facing experience includes restaurant work at Amimaxin Tibetan Restaurant in China, where I took and memorized orders, checked on guest satisfaction, and addressed problems as they arose.

At Grand Hyatt Hotel in Shanghai, I baked and decorated pastries, monitored oven conditions, and inspected products for quality, damaged goods, and expiration.

I'm pursuing Business Management at Methodist University and bring communication, interpersonal, leadership, marketing, food safety, and multilingual skills in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Tibetan. I also hold a Junior Baker Certificate and have volunteered in nursing homes and tutored elementary students.
