I’m looking for a role where I can help enterprise teams adopt AI and complex platforms by combining behavioral analytics with practical change management—building workflows, playbooks, and training that make adoption stick and deliver measurable ROI.

I’m an AI Implementation and Adoption Consultant with 6+ years diagnosing why enterprise teams fail to adopt complex technology platforms—and building the systems that fix it. My core expertise sits at the intersection of behavioral analytics and change management, using data to identify where adoption breaks down and then designing enablement frameworks, playbooks, and training that drive sustained behavior change at scale.

Today, through Metric Bloom, I design and deploy AI-augmented workflows for early-stage clients using Claude, Zapier, and Notion—automating insight delivery and improving output consistency. I advise on AI adoption strategy by mapping tools to real business problems, sequencing implementations to minimize disruption, and building internal habits so teams actually use what’s deployed.

Previously at Glassbox, I owned platform adoption for 15 enterprise accounts and built enterprise adoption playbooks that became the global standard—documenting the discovery-to-adoption workflow, identifying failure points, and codifying interventions that convert resistant teams into active users. I also scaled adoption programs for 200+ enterprise users, applying behavioral data methodology to uncover adoption failures invisible to conventional analysis and driving double-digit improvement in business outcomes.

I’ve supported enterprise platform transitions as well, including at JetBlue and Alaska Airlines—delivering executive briefings, auditing implementation readiness, and rebuilding onboarding programs to compress time-to-adoption and sustain usage after training.
