What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can coordinate supports for students, conduct objective behavioral observations, and connect families to community mental health resources—while collaborating closely with teachers and inclusion specialists to improve outcomes.

I’m a dedicated education and mental health professional with over 4 years of experience supporting student success through classroom instruction, behavioral observation, case coordination, and family support.

In my role as a Case Manager at Volition Collective, I conduct objective observations of student behaviors and peer interactions, document triggers and patterns using standardized tools, and maintain confidential records in compliance with FERPA and district policies. I translate findings into actionable reports for inclusion specialists and support teams, while researching and compiling community-based mental health resources tailored to students and families.

Before that, I worked as a Classroom Teaching Assistant and as a Teacher, helping implement planning, facilitate small group instruction, reinforce IEP-aligned targeted skills, and develop engaging lesson plans adapted to student-centered learning needs. I partner closely with teachers, inclusion specialists, parents, and students to strengthen communication, participation, and achievement.
