As a Customer Success Manager at Katalyst, I managed post-sale success for 4,000+ SaaS accounts and supported portfolio revenue growth by combining proactive value realization, account expansion, and data-driven retention strategies.

Before that, I grew corporate wellness accounts and led program implementations at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and I’ve also worked directly with clients as a Personal Trainer—designing training and wellness plans using BMI/InBody assessments.
