What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead member-centered care management, LTSS, utilization, or behavioral health programs where I can improve care transitions, support high-risk populations, strengthen compliance, and drive quality and cost-effective outcomes.

I lead multidisciplinary healthcare services teams at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Central Texas, delivering care management, care transitions, and LTSS-aligned programs for more than 500 high-risk members annually.

I oversee interdisciplinary care team meetings, staffing, service levels, quality audits, utilization reporting, and regulatory compliance. My work supports cost-effective care while maintaining member-centered service for Veterans with disabilities and behavioral health needs.

At Charlie Health, I managed care coordination and case management for more than 100 active behavioral health cohorts in a multi-state virtual program. I owned Salesforce CRM records and partnered with clinical, admissions, and customer experience teams to improve continuity of care.

My foundation in blind rehabilitation includes comprehensive assessments, individualized care planning, community integration, benefits navigation, and independent-living support. I bring an MHA and ACVREP certifications in vision and low-vision rehabilitation to government-sponsored healthcare programs.
