What I'm looking for
I’m a Chef and Owner with a strong focus on high-volume breakfast service, consistent prep, and dependable execution during busy rushes. I’ve created and managed menu offerings, including breakfast service, while keeping the kitchen clean, stocked, and ready for anything from daily rushes to large functions.
Across remote camps and high-demand settings, I built complete breakfast programs and delivered daily baking—cookies, cakes, squares, muffins, and more—while also preparing lunches, sandwiches, salads, and using leftovers creatively. At U.B.C., I advanced as a First Cook/Grill Cook, handling customer orders directly, completing pre/post shift backups, and producing temperature charts, production sheets, and order tallies.
