What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to contribute to digital business growth and transformation at Sri Lanka Insurance General, leading customer-centric technology initiatives, digital products, and cross-functional delivery.

At Sri Lanka Insurance Co. General Limited, I manage 5+ digital transformation projects spanning web and mobile applications, including the SLIC Biz App, SLIC Digital App, and eZ Medi Claim App.

I coordinate cross-functional teams of 20–25 developers, designers, and stakeholders, lead UAT with business teams, and manage enhancements and releases for customer-facing platforms. My work focuses on improving digital customer journeys and supporting transformation aligned with business objectives.

Previously, I delivered client web and mobile projects at SevenSigns and built hands-on experience in web development, IT operations, software testing, documentation, and technical support across CreativeHub Global, Little Lanka, and G3 Technologies.
