What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead cross-functional Agile/SAFe programs delivering GenAI and analytics outcomes, partner closely with leadership, and drive predictable execution using CPI/SPI—especially in high-growth environments.

I’m a Technical Program Manager with 16+ years of experience, including 11+ years in Agile/Scrum and SAFe environments. I align engineering delivery with business priorities to ensure predictable outcomes using Agile frameworks and CPI/SPI metrics.

At Technoboost Services Pvt. Ltd., I owned program delivery across GenAI, analytics, and software engineering for international clients. I led cross-functional teams (30+) across data science, backend, frontend, and QA, and restructured the delivery model to drive adoption of Agile software engineering practices.

Before that, in the Indian Navy, I led Agile delivery across 50+ team members within SAFe. I facilitated PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums, managed end-to-end sprint execution, and tracked delivery with CPI/SPI for governance, visibility, and performance.

I’m also a change agent by nature—training team leads as Scrum Masters and driving SAFe adoption to standardize execution frameworks. I bring hands-on AI focus too, including prompt engineering to enable AI solution development and workflow automation, while managing execution through sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.
