At PayGlocal, I revamped the chargeback system and built a parallel payment flow that lets users switch payment methods within a transaction. I also developed Java and Spring Boot microservices for real-time risk decisioning on AWS.
At Amazon, I designed and built a Plugin Audit Tool monitoring checkout plugins, and added API subresources to internal APIs. I also built automated monitoring and alerting for plugin failures, fraud patterns, and performance bottlenecks.
On SupportBench-Mini, I built an evaluation benchmark for customer-support agents and a hybrid grading pipeline using code graders and an LLM-as-judge rubric. I added tracing and tests after identifying policy breaches and judge prompt injection through tool output.
I’ve also built NyayaSadhak, a multilingual legal-information assistant, and an AI-powered web query agent. My work spans backend systems, payments, and evaluating LLM agent reliability.
