At Visa, I own the Click to Pay checkout API and built a step-up authentication flow that recovered 1.5 million saved cards customers could no longer use at checkout. I also added OTP brute-force protection that sends threshold breaches to fraud decisioning.
I built the config resolution engine for Visa’s CMH platform, with version snapshots and push/poll delivery. I moved Click to Pay checkout onto CMH and wrote the onboarding guide for all 38 applications, enabling runtime config changes without a restart or redeploy.
At CaaStle, I led the borrow-assortment project, where revenue grew 20% against a 7% target. I’ve also built performance improvements and automation, including a dependency-upgrade tool that saves 150+ engineer-hours per cycle.
