In my part-time Customer Service Associate role, I handled inbound customer support for Amazon India customers. I resolved issues across orders, refunds, returns, cancellations, and account management while maintaining service quality standards and customer satisfaction metrics.

As a Freelance Digital Marketing Executive, I executed and optimized Google Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns for client lead generation and brand awareness. I monitored CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI, managed audience targeting and budgets, and produced campaign reporting with performance-driven recommendations.

I also build practical projects that strengthen my engineering foundation, including a Student Management System using Python and SQL with CRUD operations, plus a responsive personal portfolio website using HTML and CSS. I’m now seeking internship and entry-level opportunities to grow in software development, business operations, or digital marketing.
