What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and people operations experience to an HR team where I can support employees, maintain accurate processes, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

At DOPXP, I support end-to-end HR operations—from candidate sourcing and onboarding to employee records, attendance, leave management, and confidential documentation. I also coordinate employee engagement initiatives and provide executive support through calendar management, meeting scheduling, reports, and presentations.

Previously at Amazon, I managed international customer interactions across calls, chats, and email, consistently meeting CSAT and AHT KPIs while handling sensitive account information confidentially. I bring a people-first approach, strong attention to detail, and certified HR knowledge to fast-paced people operations teams.
