What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver compassionate, HIPAA-compliant patient care while contributing to a supportive team. I want consistent shifts, clear training, and opportunities to grow my leadership in healthcare.

I’m a Certified Nursing Assistant with experience providing hands-on resident support, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, self-care, and taking vitals. I focus on dignity, safety, and consistent, attentive care for the people I serve.

Before returning full-time to nursing, I worked as a Dialysis Technician, connecting patients to dialysis machines and monitoring vitals. I also coordinated activities—helping patients engage through games and prizes while supporting comfort and routine.

I’ve built leadership experience in healthcare-adjacent and retail environments as an Assistant Manager and General Manager. I’m used to running shifts, delegating tasks, scheduling employees, managing inventory and store operations, and supporting new hires through training.

I bring a strong performance mindset—tracking customer/patient needs, improving service outcomes, and staying compliant with HIPAA and safety expectations. I enjoy working with people with disabilities and helping teams stay organized, motivated, and effective.
