Sharon Matsiya

I’m an Exceptional Infant Teacher with 3 years of experience, focused on building student–teacher relationships and delivering daily, effective instruction. I plan and deliver lessons, instruct learners in daily lessons, and guide them with expert support to improve outcomes.

In my current role as an Infant Teacher, I collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss feedback and build innovative teaching programs. I also assess and mark children’s work, using results to refine my teaching methods and help raise passing grades.

I’m looking to support Howard Primary goals by building engaging curriculums and nurturing a creative learning environment. I bring the ability to adapt teaching styles to suit student needs, so each learner can stay engaged and progress with confidence.
