Nomathemba Patience Ndlovu

I am a dedicated Early Childhood Development (ECD) practitioner with over three years of hands-on experience supporting children's cognitive, emotional, and physical growth. I hold a Diploma in ECD from the National Early Childhood Development and Education Association of Zimbabwe and completed multiple specialist courses in curriculum and developmental assessment.

In my current role at Little Nation Daycare and Educare Centre, I plan and implement daily activities, manage classroom behavior, and conduct developmental assessments to track milestones. I emphasize safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environments that promote curiosity and confidence in young children.

I maintain strong communication with parents and colleagues, creating individualized development plans and keeping detailed records to support each child's progress. My training includes the National Curriculum Framework course, learner assessment, literacy development, and gross motor development.

I bring a child-centered approach, reliable record-keeping, and collaborative teamwork to every classroom, and I am committed to continuous professional development to better serve children and families.
