What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to apply my expertise to corporate learning design, capability building, and employee development.

At Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous), I design and deliver theory, practical, and experiential learning programs for undergraduate and postgraduate cohorts. I align content, activities, and assessments with learning objectives, using Moodle LMS and e-learning formats.

I’ve developed instructional materials and assessments, facilitated learner-centred sessions, and conducted workshops for students and faculty. I adapt instructional strategies using learner performance data and feedback.

At Kristu Jayanti College, I guided 20+ undergraduate and postgraduate research projects from planning and design through analysis and presentation, providing structured feedback and coaching along the way.

Earlier, at Prayatna, I assessed learners and designed individualised interventions. At Noitacude Educational Services (MyPeegu), placed at Greenwood High International, I designed life-skills and social-emotional learning programs and conducted teacher workshops. I’ve also published 20+ peer-reviewed papers and received three teaching and research awards.
