I'm looking for procurement excellence, vendor management, fleet, or operations transformation work where I can improve supplier performance, spend visibility, digital adoption, governance, and cross-functional execution.

At Budget Rent a Car Jordan, I lead fleet operations for 800+ rental and leasing vehicles, spanning purchasing support, lifecycle planning, maintenance, insurance, registration, repairs, resale readiness, and compliance.

I manage suppliers across maintenance, spare parts, accident repair, insurance, towing, registration, and technical services. Through spend reviews, claims follow-up, downtime monitoring, and vendor accountability, I improved insurance contract terms and reduced grounded vehicles from 31–32 to around 23.

Alongside this role, I oversee operations and customer success at Connected Motion, coordinating telematics SaaS/MaaS onboarding, installations, activations, configuration, training, data validation, and aftersales support. I build KPI and SLA frameworks that improve device traceability, service delivery, customer adoption, and data quality.

I've built SOPs, responsibility matrices, reporting templates, audit routines, and cross-functional workflows connecting Fleet, Operations, Finance, IT, Legal, suppliers, and customers. I use fleet and platform data to turn cost, readiness, risk, and performance issues into practical executive decisions.
