What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity to build real-world experience in ERP support, software testing, or application development while continuously learning, contributing to implementation projects, and strengthening my technical skills.

At Ansell Sterile Solutions, I supported Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation by validating business processes during Conference Room Pilots, executing System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing, and managing defects through clear reproduction steps.

I've also conducted end-user training, prepared SOPs and user manuals, and supported go-live and post-go-live issue resolution. With an MCA foundation, I bring hands-on experience in functional testing, test case design, basic SQL, JIRA, and responsive web development.
