I've supported Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations at Accenture Solutions, testing Finance and Supply Chain workflows across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Tax, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and Production Control.
On the RWS project, I designed and maintained 200+ fit-gap test cases in Azure DevOps, tracked 50+ defects, coordinated UAT, and supported go/no-go decisions through test summary reporting. I also configured user management, role-based access control, and security roles, then provided post-go-live hypercare support.
More recently, I've supported Cloud Data Operations for a Bank of Baroda project, monitoring Cloudera environments and handling Business Disaster Recovery data migrations with minimal downtime and zero data loss.
With an MBA in Finance and Microsoft AZ-900 and SC-900 certifications, I bring finance-process understanding, ERP testing discipline, and operational support experience to business-critical systems.
