What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable test frameworks and contribute to high-quality software delivery.

I created a test plan, requirement traceability matrix, and detailed test cases for a software testing project on an e-commerce website. I set up the test environment, executed tests, and tracked defects using Jira with Zephyr.

At QualEx Systems Pvt ltd, I worked as a Technical Support Engineer (Contract), resolving client issues and documenting and escalating software defects with development and QA teams.

At Amdocs, I provide technical and business support for Intune MDM, Zscaler VPN, endpoint, and network issues. My QA foundation includes manual and automation testing with Java, Selenium, and Playwright, along with API testing using Postman.
