I'm looking for greater challenges in AI, healthtech, or science-driven organizations where I can lead quality initiatives, apply scientific depth to AI workflows, and continue building expertise in AI operations and organizational leadership.

At Turing, I lead QA operations across AI projects, mentoring annotators and quality analysts while enforcing consistent evaluation rubrics and high-quality delivery.

I audit and refine generative AI responses across visual, video, text, table-understanding, and episodic-memory tasks. I standardize prompt evaluation, assess visual-text alignment, and apply biology and pharmacy knowledge to verify scientific accuracy.

Alongside my PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, I taught postgraduate students and authored 10+ peer-reviewed publications. I'm looking to bring clinical research, AI training, quality management, and cross-functional leadership to AI, healthtech, or science-driven teams.
