I’m a pharmacovigilance specialist with 20+ years across pharmacovigilance, healthcare services, and pharmaceutical operations, including 9 years dedicated to drug safety management. I process and review Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in ARGUS for global pharmaceutical clients, extracting adverse events, suspect drugs, indications, seriousness, and outcomes from unstructured medical narratives. I ensure MedDRA-compliant documentation while meeting client and regulatory SOP requirements through rigorous case triage, accuracy checks, and quality review.

I also bring a strong healthcare AI annotation mindset—reviewing and QA-ing pharmacovigilance AI outputs and evaluating medical LLM responses in the healthcare domain for data accuracy and consistency. I’ve led and mentored teams of 12–14 analysts, driving compliance and continuous improvement, and I continue building my capability through training such as Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Lean Six Sigma, and internal pharmacovigilance certification.
