What I'm looking for

I seek K-12 special education or literacy roles where I can design IEPs, deliver evidence-based reading interventions, coach staff, and partner with families in collaborative, inclusive school settings.

I bring 20+ years of K-12 experience in early childhood education, reading intervention, individualized instruction and parent education. I specialize in designing and delivering targeted supports that help struggling learners make measurable progress.

I have developed and implemented reading interventions, IEPs, and behavior intervention plans, and I regularly use evidence-based practices such as phonics, fluency work, comprehension strategies and progress monitoring. I have led professional development for educators and organized parent workshops to extend literacy support beyond the classroom.
