What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I own the customer journey—sales and negotiations, business development, and high-quality service—using clear communication and calm execution to hit KPIs and grow long-term client relationships.

I’m a sales and communications professional with several years of experience across customer service, sales, and logistics. I consistently hit KPIs in fast-moving, client-facing roles, and I’m known for building trust quickly, handling difficult conversations, and keeping work moving.

In my current role as a Customer Support Representative, I’m focused on maintaining customer satisfaction while handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls. I resolve customer issues across multiple product lines and manage dispatch operations—scheduling and coordinating HVAC and plumbing service calls, along with billing, payments, and refund requests to keep everything accurate and sorted.

Previously, I ran the full sales cycle as a Sales Representative—from first contact through to close—keeping clients engaged with regular, honest follow-up. I improved conversion through better qualification and objection handling, and I also gained real-time communication experience as an Arabic Live Dealer, where I stayed composed and precise in a high-pressure environment while building rapport with repeat players.

On the logistics side, I worked as a Freight Dispatcher, managing load assignments across the US and coordinating communication with brokers and clients to secure loads, track shipments, and resolve issues on the road. I started in hospitality roles as a Waiter Assistant, which sharpened my customer service mindset end-to-end. I’m currently completing a Sales & Marketing course on Coursera, and I’m looking to grow further in negotiation and business development, especially where clear communication and strong execution are valued.
