What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level Data Analyst position where I can deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

On my Marketing Analytics & Customer Insights project, I analyzed e-commerce marketing, customer journey, transaction, and feedback data to investigate declining conversion rates and marketing ROI. I integrated data with SQL and designed a star schema for reporting.

I used Python and VADER NLP to analyze customer reviews and social media feedback, identifying friction points including shipping delays, sizing discrepancies, and customer service issues. I also developed an interactive Power BI dashboard to track conversion, engagement, sentiment, marketing ROI, and channel performance.

For my Credit Risk Analysis for Loan Applicants project, I cleaned and prepared loan data with SQL, Pandas, and NumPy, then benchmarked Logistic Regression and LightGBM models. I created Tableau dashboards to visualize credit risk trends, repayment behavior, and default patterns.
