Previously at Planetworld SA, I collected, cleaned, and analyzed large datasets using Excel, Power BI, and SQL. I created KPI dashboards and automated reporting systems to improve consistency and reduce manual workload.

At the Union of Orthodox Synagogues of South Africa, I coordinated certification projects for food manufacturers, organized supplier and facility documentation, and supported audits and renewals with certification bodies.
