What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role aligned with UK business hours where I can own database, reporting, compliance, or executive administration processes and deliver accurate, dependable support.

At Hoërskool Birchleigh, I manage central student and staff databases for approximately 2,000 learners and 122 staff while supporting the Principal with confidential executive administration. I maintain SA-SAMS and SASPAC records, run validation cycles, and produce reports that help leadership guide interventions.

I've maintained a 100% on-time record for Gauteng Department of Education submissions, processed around 500 admissions applications annually, and prepared audit documentation accepted without material findings. I also coordinate communications across a 2,122-recipient database and work confidently with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and remote collaboration tools.
