I facilitated a reported $600 million investment alignment between Lennar and CMIG related to California development.

At Hurwitz James Company, I directed luxury real estate marketing, sales, client relationships, and business development for residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and trophy assets. I also supported cross-border relationships spanning the United States, Europe, and Asia.

I'm now reopening my professional life after recovery from a serious injury, seeking meaningful opportunities where I can apply negotiation, advocacy, capital formation, complex transaction management, and organizational coordination.
