I'm the Lead Case Manager at Lehi Justice Court, where I direct daily case flow across criminal, traffic, and small claims calendars. I serve as the court's operational lead and subject matter expert.

I piloted CORISWeb during its court rollout, testing live case-processing workflows, standardizing procedures, and training staff. I also built process documentation and training materials for CORISWeb, protective orders, and interpreter coordination.

Previously, I led Lendio's end-to-end LinkSquares contract lifecycle management implementation, migrating roughly 1,400 contracts and designing workflows across legal, finance, sales, and operations.
