What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my dental office experience and training in dental billing, insurance verification, claims, and accounts receivable to a remote position where I can support accurate and efficient revenue cycle operations.

I've supported a dental practice at The Dental Center, progressing from Front Desk Receptionist to Assistant Manager and Office Manager while helping patients understand EOBs, insurance benefits, account information, and financial responsibility.

I manage appointment scheduling, patient demographics and insurance records, front-office workflow, staff coordination, and communication among patients, billing teams, and clinical staff. I've also reviewed resumes, interviewed candidates, and hired team members.

Since 2009, I've managed multi-location business operations and HR administration for Gold & Diamonds Jewelry and Pawn, including ADP payroll, personnel records, recurring expenses, sales tax documentation, licensing, bonds, and regulatory paperwork.

I'm a Certified Dental Billing Specialist and completed Dentrix Ascend Academy training focused on insurance, financial workflows, documentation, and patient/member management.
