What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Registered Nurse role where safety, protocol adherence, and compassionate teamwork matter—ideally in trauma/progressive care with opportunities to coordinate care, mentor staff, and strengthen patient education and quality outcomes.

I’m a dedicated, compassionate, and competent Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience across multiple levels of trauma hospital settings. I’m organized and detail-oriented, focused on high standards for performance and maintaining treatment protocols.

My practice is specialized in Progressive Care, Stepdown, and Intermediate Care Units. In charge roles, I’ve built targeted safety workflows and coached bedside staffing, maintaining a fall-free record during charge shifts.

I’ve also stepped into coordination and leadership work, including IMCU Charge RN, Float Pool RN, Clinical Administrator, and Virtual RN responsibilities. I coordinate patient care assignments based on acuity and skill, facilitate communication with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and support compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Clinically, I’m confident with telemetry assessment, virtual rounding, and patient education using Ask Me 3 and teach-back methods. I document in Epic and Cerner, deliver IV therapy and central line dressing changes/removals, and apply critical thinking to plan, implement, and support the plan of care.
